You must be at least 18 years of age to join O’Neil Perks + Rewards.

If you are under the age of 18, you may only participate under when added to the account of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the program.

Movie Lover, Film Buff and CineMaster.

All customers will start at Movie Lover. To reach Film Buff, you must accumulate 400 points before being upgraded to Film Buff. To reach Cinemaster, you must be a Film Buff and accumulate 1,000 points.

Yes! A free ticket voucher will be added to your Perks + Rewards account. The voucher will expire 90 days after it is issued. Your birthday rewards will also grow as you reach new tiers.

Yes! All registered Perks + Rewards members will have their booking fees waived on the O’Neil Cinemas website. You will need to be logged in to your account prior to starting your purchase.

$1 spent equals 1 point earned. (points will not be earned on tax paid)

There are no points earned on gift card purchases and other similar purchases. Points will be earned when the gift card is redeemed.

Points cannot be combined with another Perks + Rewards account.

Yes! Once you’ve reached Film Buff or CineMaster status, you are eligible for the following:

• Film Buff earn 1.5x points on Wednesdays
• CineMaster earn 2x points on Mondays + Wednesdays

Redeem points for Digital Dollar Rewards, which are automatically loaded onto your Perks + Rewards account.

You can use your Digital Dollar Rewards at any O’Neil Cinemas location, www.oneilcinemas.com, on the O’Neil Cinemas app and at the Backstage Lounge & Bistro located at our Littleton location.

Remember, the more you spend the faster you earn:

• Movie Lover: For every 100 points earned, receive a $5 Digital Dollar Rewards
• Film Buff: For every 75 points earned, receive a $5 Digital Dollar Rewards
• CineMaster: For every 50 points earned, receive a $5 Digital Dollar Rewards
• Points will reset with every $5 Digital Dollar Rewards earned.

Total accumulated points will be tracked and can be checked when you are logged into your account via your profile. As you earn points you will move closer to entering the next Perks + Rewards tier.

For every $5 Digital Dollar that is redeemed, your account balance will decrease by 100 points.

All rewards will be transferred to the new Perks + Rewards program. However, existing points will not be transferred. Existing members will receive a $5 Digital Dollar Rewards that will automatically be loaded to their account. All loyalty members will start at 0 points.

As a new perk, we will be offering birthday rewards to our members! On the day of the registered member’s birthday a Perk will be added to their account as outline below:

• Movie Lovers Free ticket voucher
• Film Buffs Free ticket and free small popcorn
• CineMasters Free ticket, small popcorn + small drink
• All vouchers will expire 30 days from the customer’s registered birthdate.

Your $5 Digital Dollar Rewards can be applied to ticket purchases, concession purchases and purchases at the Backstage Lounge & Bistro located at our Littleton location. They can be used on the website, kiosk, and the app (coming soon.)

You may redeem one $5 Digital Dollar per item.

No, Digital Dollar Rewards never expire.

Yes! All members will receive $5 Bargain Tuesday movie tickets for standard movies. If purchasing online or through the app, be sure to log into your account prior to completing the purchase to receive the discount. At the theater, present your loyalty member number. We can also search you by name of email.

Yes! You will need to update your new profile to link the card with your new account! This can be done on our website or on the app. Under the Sign Up tab, click the blue button and enter your email address.

Please note we will not be issuing physical cards to new loyalty members.

If you provided an email address your account should still be active. This can be done on our website or on the app. Under the Sign Up tab, click the blue button and enter your email address.

We can search for your account with your name or email address. Your profile must be completed for us to search for you in our system

If no points are earned over a period of 6 months, you will automatically be dropped to the previous tier.

Yes, the points earned will be deducted if the transaction is refunded. O’Neil Cinemas reserves the right to "unregister” and make ineligible for Perks + Rewards program points or Rewards any Card that has been inactive for two (2) consecutive years. Inactive is defined as no Points earned.

Yes and No. Yes, because your points will reset with every $5 Digital Dollar Rewards earned. No, because we still count those points towards reaching your next tier. We consider them lifetime points and you will be able to see your overall total when logged into your Perks + Rewards account online.

No, only 1 account per person. Accounts and points cannot be combined.

We will be switching to virtual accounts. If you want to have a physical card you will need to keep the one you already have. All new members will have a virtual account.
