Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How far in advance do I need to book?
We request two weeks' notice but will happily accommodate within that if available.
Q: What is the minimum number of people needed to rent an auditorium?
Please speak with the Event Coordinator for more details.

Q: Is a rental showing private or public?
This is a private showing. If you would like a group rate, please speak with the Event Coordinator for more details.
Q: Do I need to make a deposit to hold my date and time?
Yes, $50.
Q: Is there a concession package available?
 Yes. Options are available here, or guests can purchase independently.
Q: Are we allowed to bring in backpacks?
Backpacks are not permitted.
Q: Can you start the movie sooner or later?
No, our films are on an automated system and must start at the scheduled start time for your rental.
Q: Can I bring in a DVD or Blu-Ray?
No, our private rentals are playing only the releases we are currently showing.
Q: Can we hang out in the auditorium when the movie is over?
No, your rental ends when the end credits of your film are complete.
Q: Can we bring in our own food?
Absolutely no outside food or drink is allowed in our auditoriums. However, we have a food menu of items available in addition to popcorn and candy.
Q: What is your damages policy?
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage caused by the guest's deliberate, negligent, or reckless act to the cinema’s property or structure. Should this damage become known after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to charge the guest’s credit/debit card or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address. We will, however, make every effort to rectify any damage internally before contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum. In addition, the renter may be charged for excessive messes left in the auditorium. These actions require additional time and staff to prepare for upcoming rentals.
Q: Are gift cards accepted?
YES! Gift cards can be redeemed as payment. Gift Cards never expire.
Q: Can we do gaming or bring a laptop/tablet to stream instead of watching a film?
Please speak with the Party Administrator regarding gaming. Streaming is not permitted.
Q: Can we decorate or come early to set up?
No decorations are allowed.
Q: Can we bring in alcohol?
No! We have alcohol to purchase for those 21 years of age or older.
Q: Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed in the building except for officially trained service dogs.
Q: Is there a cancellation fee?
You can receive a full refund if you cancel your showing within 72 hours of booking, and if you make the cancellation at least two weeks in advance. However, if you cancel after 72 hours of booking or within two weeks of your private showing, there will be a $50 cancellation fee.
Q: Are any passes accepted for the ticket purchase portion of our rental?
No! VIP, Courtesy, Re-Admit tickets, or any other passes may not be used towards ticket purchases during a theater rental.
