Film Rating Policy

Ratings

• G (General Audiences): All ages permitted.
• PG (Parental Guidance): Parents are advised to provide guidance to their children.
• PG-13 (Parents Strongly Cautioned): Parents are strongly cautioned that some material may be inappropriate for children under 13.
• R (Restricted): No one under the age of 17 is admitted unless accompanied by an adult guardian (21 years of age or older). Picture ID is required for anyone who appears to be under the age of 25. *No children 5 years of age or under will be admitted to an “R” rated film at any time.*
• NC-17 (Adults Only): Absolutely no one under the age of 17.

Ticketing Policy

• Children Under 2: No charge (must share a seat).
• Child Ticketing: Ages 2-11.
• Adult Ticketing: Ages 12-61.
• Senior Ticketing: Ages 62 and up.
• Matinee Shows: All shows before 5:30 PM.
• Showtimes: Subject to change based on circumstances.
• Discounted Tickets:
  • Available to military, police, fire personnel (active, retired & veterans) and their immediate family members with valid ID.
  • Bargain Tuesday
  • Senior Wednesday

General Policies

• Cell Phones: Must be turned off during the movie. Disruptive patrons may be asked to leave without a refund.
• Outside Food and Drink: Not allowed in the auditoriums. Entry may be refused to those attempting to bring outside food or drink.
• Bags: Large bags and packages may be searched prior to admission. Entry may be denied on a case-by-case basis.
• Costumes: Costumes that may make other guests uncomfortable (including face masks and fake weapons) are not permitted.
• Restrooms: Available for same-day ticket holders.
• Arcade Area: Accessible to same-day ticket holders.
• Crying Babies: Parents are requested to remove noisy children from the auditorium; refunds will be provided if necessary.
• Lost and Found: The theatre is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please see staff for assistance.
• Recording Devices: Strictly prohibited. Violators may face arrest and prosecution.
• Weapons: No real or fake weapons allowed on the premises; violators may be arrested.
• Entrance: Entry permitted only to the presentation specified on the admission stub.
• Service Animals: Only service and support pets are permitted; all others will be asked to leave.

Rules of Conduct

• Prohibited Actions:
  • Smoking or vaping anywhere in the building.
  • Throwing or kicking objects.
  • Standing or climbing on seats.
  • Use of abusive or vulgar language.
  • Disorderly conduct.
  • Possession or use of drugs.
  • Public indecency.
  • Threatening or demoralizing patrons or employees.
  • Engaging in distracting behavior.
  • Fighting or rough play.
  • Loitering.
  • Disruptive behavior.

Patrons may be removed from the premises without a refund for any conduct deemed unacceptable by management.
